Processing time is within 5-7 business days from your order date. Orders placed during a sale or promotion take 7-10 business days for processing (excluding weekends/holidays). Please note, orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the following business day. Processing time is NOT included in the delivery time.
Order processing begins as soon as order is placed. As a result, adjustments are not permitted after an order has been submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. Please review order details carefully before submitting an order.
Shipping time starts after the processing period has ended. We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $300 (after discounts and promos are applied). Orders over $150 will require a signature for delivery. Orders over $50 will require that billing and shipping Address match.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, it is out of our control. Refunds will NOT be issued for any late deliveries or while orders are marked “In Transit” by the carrier.
Because hair extensions are considered hygienic, they cannot be resold after being worn, washed, cut, dyed, installed, untied and/or tampered. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You are eligible for store credit if you received the wrong product. Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the shipping date. To receive store credit, product(s) must be returned in the original sale condition with all ties and tags attached. Shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit and $25 restock fee will be applied.
To return an item, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. When returning the item, please include the completed Return Form in your package.
Store credits are issued after the item was received and the return approved. If we receive an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements (washed, cut, dyed, installed, tagged, untied and/or tampered etc.) customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
All special orders or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Refund or store credit will not be provided for any lost/stolen packages.
